For orders shipping to multiple addresses, shipping costs will be applied to each individual shipment.
We currently do not ship outside the locations listed above.
Shipment via UPS can NOT be sent to PO Boxes. Oversize shipments to PO boxes may require an extra shipping cost to be invoiced.
Some orders may receive free upgrades to priority mail. If you do NOT want your package sent via USPS, please contact us in advance of ordering.

Free Shipping Policy

Due to changes in our shippers' pricing models, we were forced to change to a regional free shipping policy starting in 2015. States that are still eligible for free ground shipping on orders over $200 include the following:

The shipping process will be initiated after we have received payment.
We usually ship our items (currently in stock) within 2—5 business days (Mon—Fri).
Preorder items will be shipped within 2—5 business days of the item's arrival at our warehouse.
We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.

International Paint & Supply Orders

While we can ship paints and supplies internationally, please be aware that each country has its own rules and regulations for what can be imported.
If a package is declined by importing customs at the destination, we can issue a refund for the purchase price of the items upon their arrival back to our warehouse.
Please note that we can NOT refund the shipping cost in this case.


If your order is not in "Complete" or "Shipped" status, you may be able to cancel an item or the entire order by contacting us.
If in-stock items have been held for a cancelled order, a minimum 5% fee will apply to the cancellation. The fee increases to 10% if the number of canceled items is five or greater.
If preorder quantities for a cancelled item have been finalized to our distributor, a 10% fee will apply. We reserve the right to increase fees due to frequent cancellations.
If your item(s) are already shipped out, you might be able to return them at your expense.
Please see if your item is eligible for a return.

Order combination

If your order is not in "Complete" or "Shipped" status, you may be able to add in-stock items or the combine orders by contacting us.
Due to these processes being handled outside of our automated system by our dedicated staff, a convenience combination fee of $5 per combined order / modification may apply.
Because of space constraints, we reserve the right to limit order combinations at our discretion based on number of items. No order combinations greater than three separate orders will be allowed under any circumstances.

Preorder Shipping

If you preorder an item along with in-stock items, your entire order will NOT ship until ALL items become available. This policy applies to every order on our site.
If you would like to have in-stock and preorder items shipped separately, please place two separate orders so that the individual shipping costs will be factored into your checkout total.

Address Errors

Please make sure the address you provide is complete and accurate. If your package is marked as undeliverable because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will notify you when it is returned to us for re-shipment at your own expense. If you choose to refund your order upon its return, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost. If the package was sent via UPS, you will also be responsible for the return shipment cost.
If there was an address error and the tracking history shows it was delivered, refund will not be possible.

Purchase price

During the ordering process, the prices you see on our site will be the subtotal in USD prior to shipping & handling and applicable taxes.
Checkout price will not be finalized until you are at the final review of your shopping cart, prior to checkout and order finalization.
Any item prices displayed prior to the final approval may be subject to change, for reasons including but not limited to the following:

  • Promotional price period timeout
  • Expiration of applied discount code
  • Price readout error on any non-product page on the website (top banners, top seller lists, etc.)
  • Any other potential discrepancy caused by a website error.
We will never charge your payment method without your approval, so please make sure to address any concerns prior to checking out.


New, unused, and sealed merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery with an original packing invoice at your own expense.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (+shipping fee if you selected free shipping).
All merchandise must be in the original packaging.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued without the original packing invoice.
In the case of a defective item, replacement has to take place in accordance with the replacement policy on our site.
Customers are advised to contact us using the contact form provided in the event of a merchandise return.

[UPDATED AUGUST 28, 2023] Damaged Items & Lost Packages

We are now utilizing a third-party shipping protection program called Route. You are able to add shipping protection against loss or damage in transit by toggling the widget prior to checkout.

  • If the package is lost or damaged in transit, you can use the File Claim function found in your Route confirmation email for direct assistance.

We are also offering an "Extra Handling" option directly through our site. Orders with this option selected will utilize more packing material to fill voids in the shipping boxes. Please note that selecting Route coverage does not automatically apply extra handling and vice versa.

If you decline this extra insurance coverage option, Gundam Planet can not be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs once the item is shipped. By declining this option, you are agreeing to indemnify and hold harmless Gundam Planet from and against all claims and expenses resulting from damage or loss in transit.
Once a package is shipped out of the warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient and the carrier. If the package is lost in transit, you may open an investigation to find the package or receive insurance for a replacement. In the event a replacement package does not reach the recipient, additional replacements will not be available. All investigations are subject to the carrier policies.
If the package status reads "Delivered" but the package has not reached the recipient, the recipient may be required to contact local delivery services to locate the package.
Regular ground shipping without the extra insurance option covers only what is outlined in the FedEx/UPS/USPS insurance policies.
